What Bern gear are you rocking this winter?
The Baker…It’s stylish yet functional as hell. It’s great for helmet cam and super comfortable.
What are your plans for this winter?
I’m heading to Alta in Dec. Hopefully there will be a few good early season storms in VT before I head so I can film with the Meatheads. When I get to Utah I’ll be filming and shooting every day I can. I plan on taking two trips to Jackson, a trip to AK and back to Newfoundland for another go at it. I’ll have a sled this year so plenty of good times to be had exploring the possibilities.
Best trip you have taken in your career?
Skiing…I would have to say the two trips I’ve taken to Newfoundland have been epic. The people are amazing and the skiing is killer. Lifestyle…I went to Nigeria this past summer for my brother-in-laws wedding. It was the craziest place I’ve ever been. I would go back, but it made me realize that I love where I live and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
What would you do if you were not a pro shred?
I would race cars year round.
Influences?
My brother and Jamie Bouchesne have been my biggest influences. They both are top notch Water Skiers, but come winter they shred as hard as anyone I’ve met.
